1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the conditions of access to and use of the services offered by MyMazalBag, an online raffle platform allowing the purchase of tickets to try to win luxury bags.

Participation in any raffle implies unconditional acceptance of these terms.

3. Service Description

MyMazalBag is an online platform allowing, in particular:

The purchase of tickets to enter raffles for luxury bags
Browsing ongoing raffles, their draw date and the prize to be won
The selection of a winner by random draw on the announced date for each raffle

Purchasing tickets requires a user account.

4. Ticket Purchase

Each raffle has a limited number of tickets, a price per ticket and a draw date, all shown on the product page.

Purchasing a ticket is a one-off purchase: there is no subscription or recurring commitment.
The price shown at the time of purchase is the price applicable to the order.
The number of tickets that can be purchased is limited by the remaining availability of the raffle in question.
A purchased ticket is neither refundable nor exchangeable, except if the raffle is cancelled by the publisher.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and may be changed at any time for raffles not yet published.

Payment is made via a secure provider (Stripe).

In case of payment failure, the order is not validated and no ticket is allocated.

6. Prize Draw and Delivery

The draw takes place on the date announced on the raffle's product page, among all validly purchased tickets.

The winner is notified by email at the address provided at the time of purchase.

The exact terms for handing over or shipping the prize will be confirmed by the publisher (information currently being finalized).

7. Right of Withdrawal

The terms of any right of withdrawal applicable to the purchase of raffle tickets are currently being confirmed by the publisher and will be detailed in a future version of these terms.

8. User Obligations

The user agrees to:

Be at least 18 years old to participate
Provide accurate information when purchasing
Use the service in accordance with applicable law
Not attempt to disrupt or divert the operation of the service, including by automated means
Keep their credentials confidential

9. Liability

The service is provided “as is”.

The publisher cannot be held liable for:

temporary service interruptions
a delay in prize delivery beyond its reasonable control
indirect damages related to the use of the service

10. Intellectual Property

The entire service, content, code, interfaces, and visual elements are the exclusive property of the publisher.

Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

11. Changes to the Terms

The publisher reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

The new terms take effect as soon as they are published on the site.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law.

Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the jurisdiction of French courts.
